lonewolf is that a correct hightide 7.5 meter,that would cover the whole of deal i think.biggest we have is 7.1 meter and that is now at the edge of town.been told today lots of codling being caught all around local beaches last couple of nights so i have ordered 3 score of yellows and hope the weather holds till monday night.

hi dean the 7.5 is predicted for colwyn bay n wales....
i've checked a couple of tide prediction sites and thats the figure they are giving for the area on saturday night,,, hope the wind is blowing out to sea,, last time out i got bleeding soaked cause of the tide height and the wind!!! rouge waves grrrrr

cheers,i got caught by a lone big wave the other night and got soaked from the waist down.if we have a northerly wind at the weekend we will have no beach left.i might take my little girl on sunday as well on deal pier if it stays wind free.

low tide is 2055 at 0.69meter,so it would be better at the top end of the bay.would need to be their aboat eight ish,been getting some codling locally mate,i am just of to work now and i will call you later,bring on the COD.

I heard today that a lot of fish have turned up at dungy, or should i say a lot of dabs, dont know how true it is. We'll have to start a fishing forum so anglers can find out these things lol
